1Designing
Design is the foundation of a reliable IT solution. We start with the business context: goals, constraints, user roles, key scenarios and technical risks. We form the product structure, prototype, requirements for integrations, data, security and further scaling.
2Design
Design is not only the visual part, but also a way to make a complex system understandable. We design interfaces for real work scenarios, taking into account access roles, adaptability, errors, product states and basic accessibility requirements.
3 Development
Development means implementing the product inside and out. We create the frontend, backend, business logic, APIs, data workflows and administrative interfaces. We work iteratively, use code review and automated checks, and monitor code quality, performance, security and maintainability.
4Testing and integrations
Testing and integrations are the stage where we check how the system behaves in real and unusual scenarios. We test functionality, integrations, access rights, performance, stability and critical user paths. We connect CRM, ERP, payment systems, analytics, notifications and external APIs.
5Data and content
Data and content are part of the launch and affect how convenient the product is to use. We prepare the data structure, import, migration, directories, initial content and editing rules. For existing systems, we plan the transfer without losing important information.
6Launch
Launch means preparing the product for stable operation under real load. We configure infrastructure, domains, SSL, backups, monitoring, logging and the CI/CD deployment process. After release, we stabilize the system, analyze production behavior and plan further development.
