Reliability
We design systems so that they withstand real loads, recover correctly after failures and remain understandable for the support team. At the architecture stage, we consider integrations, data processing, environments, accesses, monitoring and scaling scenarios.
For infrastructure, we use a managed approach: AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, backup, change control and transparent deployment procedures.
Support
After launch, we help support backend, frontend, mobile applications and infrastructure: we monitor the state of services, fix problems, update environments, improve performance and supplement documentation.
